How to undo a "Blocked Sender" from Outlook Express E-Mail

First open Outlook Express.

Then click on Tools/Message Rules/Blocked Senders List
Opening Address Book Tools

Then navigate to the Contact you want to remove
(they run from oldest to most recent at the end).

Select Contact

Then select their address, be sure to leave the checkmark checked.
Highlight Contact

Then select Remove, and OK.

Are you sure?

You will then be prompted with are you sure?
Select Yes.

Email from this contact will no longer be "Blocked"!
