Adding a Sig File to OE..

#1:Open OE (OutLook Express)

#2:Click TOOLS/OPTIONS/SIGNATURES (tab).

Here you can enter the Text and or HTTP: links you want to use.

*Note the radio button to click for text.
If you want you can select the ADVANCED button.

* This will allow you to pick WHICH E-mail accounts will Use this Sig file assuming you have more than one account (or e-mail user).
Click OK to close ADVANCED if you opened it. Click Apply then OK to exit the process.

Block Unwanted E-Mail (SPAM)..
NS filter rules
#1:Open your NetScape Browser or Composer.
Click on your email icon (inbox).
#2:Go to Edit/message filters/new

#3:Click on "the" subject (shows as default)"of the message" then enter the "contains or begins with" field. and enter the domain(s) of the offending site(s).

#4: Then click OK on the windows until you are out of the setup.
You may also want to consider contacting the Server or ISP and checking their spaming policies. I have found that if they have an anti-spam policy that if you report the offender many will warn them or close their account.
