Creating your own stationery for OE E-Mails!!

Open an image editor..

* I will use Paint Shop Pro 5.03 in this case.

1. Create a new image and make it's size approximately 700 X 300 pixels.

   

2. Select a color for the background. *Be as creative or lazy as you want with this step.

   If you skipped the creation part this is where you begin the rest of the process.

3. Then save this image as a standard format image file (.jpg, .jpeg, or .gif for example).
   * I save it in the Stationery folder so it is easy to find for the next steps.

   

4. After you have named it and saved it.
5. Open a new E-Mail in OE. Go to Format/Background/Picture and select your image.
   * If you have already created a sig file, it will appear there now.
6. Then save as, from the FILE/SAVE AS STATIONERY option.
   * Be sure to save as .htm or .html .
   * It is now done and ready to use!

• To try it out, Select new mail from here. The name of your new stationery should appear at the top of the list.
